Position Summary and Responsibilities:
The Cube Steak Runner will use the cube steak machine to tenderize blade meat/pectoral for cutlets and cube steaks. This employee will also pack, label and scan finished product.
• Tenderize and size meat.
• Pack, box, label and scan finished product.  
• Wrap and weight the meat cuts.
• Maintain all work surfaces, tools and equipment clean and sanitized. 
• Wear required protective and Food Safety Equipment at all times while in the production area.
• Operate cube steak machine, tenderize meat according to specifications

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 80 lbs.
• Must be able to work in the cold (45 degrees F environment) 
• Will work on feet all day
